On stock suspension, 35×12.50R20 is logged as rubbing at full lock on every build we have so far. A 2 inch level plus front mud flap trimming is what the no-rub builds are running. Check the exact combo page for your offset before you buy.
On a 20×9 wheel, -18 offset is the most logged setup that clears at ride height, full lock and full stuff. Going more negative than -24 starts showing contact with the front fender liner.
Nobody has logged a 37 inch build on this platform without regearing yet. Speedometer error and effective ratio are shown on each combo page so you can judge it against your own axle ratio.
The builds running 37s report front bumper corners, front fender liner and cab mount. Read the individual build notes rather than trusting a summary, because cab and bed configuration change the answer.
